Reinforced concrete buildings are constructed in a long time and high-cost, but prefabricated structures can be made in a relatively short time, and more economical with respect to the reinforced concrete. Since prefabricated houses are being manufactured from betopan (cement bonded particle board) produced by specially compressing and deaerating, in this method deformation in freezing and dissolution is prevented by decreasing water absorption ratio of the concrete.
